Welcome to Soccer Charity

Established in 2008, Soccer Charity is focused on supporting and complementing education of underserved children by upgrading the quality of their educational resources, and providing them with soccer equipment, clothing, and coaching. We work to enrich lives and give hope to children through our dual mission of an improved education complemented by athletics. We plan on achieving our goals by raising funds, and through equipment donations. Soccer Charity is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Brooklyn, New York, and has no affiliation; political, religious, or otherwise.

Our ultimate goal is to aid in developing individual skills and capacities in children that will provide lifelong benefits. We believe that a strong education complemented by athletics are key components in the development of youth. The children we help lead simple lives, and we think simplicity combined with life's essentials produce happy and productive adults. We believe a focus on liabilities leads to assistance and enhances dependency. Our mission of investing in children's assets sets into motion a sustainable process of individual and collective empowerment. Our focus is targeted towards but not limited to the USA, Brazil, and Tanzania.

We also seek to find adults with an awareness and compassion for educationally underserved children who cannot afford to play soccer with adequate equipment. Through this effort of providing a better education, complemented by the beautiful game of soccer, we seek to instill discipline, self esteem, teamwork, competitiveness, and the pure enjoyment of the sport. We operate openly and transparently, and we invite you to help us achieve our mission.
